General Assembly has been met at Sürmeli Hotel/ANKARA on 15.05.2016.
With a proposal of motion, New Management election item has ben added to the 2015 General Assembly's agenda of our cooperative. According to this item, below New Management Members has been unanimously elected for 3 years:

Elected Members of the Managing Board has assigned the below tasks;
Ali Metin GÖKTEBİN as Managing Director of the Managing Board, Birol ÖZDEMİR as Assistant of Managing Director, Nurettin KARACA as Accountant.
According to the the decision has been taken at the same Assembly, the monthly fee will be 175 ₺ (Onlyonehundredandseventyfive Turkish Liras) starting from June 2016 till the next General Assembly. Monthly Fee can be paid to the Bank Accountant and Postal Cheque account of our cooperative. Both account Numbers are the same as before.
We kindly ask maximum attention of our valued partners to pay the monthly fees on time which is necessary to continue to perform the services of our cooperative.
An another decision has been taken at the Assembly which is the New Management has all of the authorizations written in the legislation of Cooperatives No 44 and all of the authorizations assigned by previous General Assembly at that time to the previous Management.
